The Appraisers' Registry of New England

The Appraisers' Registry was founded in 1979. Today, it is the leading appraisal group in New England. It stands foremost in the provision of fully accepted, detailed and standard form appraisals for insurance, estate and property division purposes for both individual and corporate clients.

The Registry's members visit each client's home, business or other location to complete his, or her, assignment. Each appraiser charges by the hour, on-site: not on a percentage of the appraised value. There is a minimum fee of one hour. Overnight assignments by arrangement. Divorce cases by arrangement.

The Registry makes every effort to be secure, accurate, responsible and is ever mindful of the fact that service is essential.

Fees & Rates

$300 per hour, one hour minimum*
$75.00 per 1/4 hour segment
$100.00 per hour travel time, if applicable
